Pineapple Guy Expression
Like a kid who isn’t asking for permission to express themselves, we want you to bring your most confident, playful presence to the space. Pineapple Guy is Ripple Boulder’s mascot, by the way.
How it happened
Collin got Caleb hooked on climbing at North Mass. That part’s a familiar story — one brother drags the other up a wall, and suddenly every group chat is about beta.
Collin went on to open Fort Wayne’s first climbing gym, Summit City. Caleb and Madeline moved to Broad Ripple and kept climbing. Then came the text. It was a joke. Mostly.

Caleb
I think a smaller climbing gym would pop off in SoBro/Broad Ripple if you want to expand Summit
Just sayin 🤣😅
Collin
Dude honestly you are so right! Broad ripple has the climbing type… 😂
Caleb
I think the smaller climbing gym concept would be super successful there. You know way more about the numbers. But I think people in BR get tired of driving 30 minutes a day (back and forth) to climb sometimes…
The actual text, word for word.
They started touring spaces anyway. The one that stuck is a South Broad Ripple building with history — the former Developer Town and Speak Easy space, now Monoworks — sitting right on the Monon Trail.
One SBA loan later, the joke has 2,400 square feet of climbing wall in it.
What We’re About
Like a kid who isn’t asking for permission to express themselves, we want you to bring your most confident, playful presence to the space. Pineapple Guy is Ripple Boulder’s mascot, by the way.
You know those places in life where you totally let loose and feel most yourself? Like your best friend’s front porch? That’s the kind of belonging we’re creating at Ripple.
Artful menu, obsessive execution. Every hold, every route, every corner of this place is held to a standard that makes wonder inevitable.
When the environment is intentionally nourished and thoughtfully designed, everything flowers at once. Go research what a superbloom is, if you don’t know!
The Crew

Co-Founder & CEO
Opened Fort Wayne’s first climbing gym. Did it again, but for his neighborhood — well, his brother’s.

Co-Founder & Marketing
Got hooked at North Mass, sent one joke text, and now he’s reading SBA paperwork for fun.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
The reason this place doesn’t look like every other bro climbing gym.

Head Setter
The reason the routes have an actual personality. Some of them are friendly. Some are not.

None of this happens without the Monon. The trail brought us the space, the neighbors, and most of the people who’ll read this. Thanks for riding by.
