FAQ
when does billing start?
Founding members will be billed on the 1st day of the 1st full month that the gym is open. So, if we open on April 15th, you will be billed on May 1st and on the 1st of every month after.
why should i become a founding member?
Founding members have access to the best promotion we will ever run. Locked in rate for life. Founding members will also have access to the gym before the general public and receive an exclusive founding member merch item upon our grand opening.
how do i cancel my membership?
We get it. Life happens. Circumstances change, but you can never cancel your membership at Ripple Boulder for any reason whatsoever for the rest of your life.
Just kidding. Cancel whenever. For any reason. Easy.
No refunds. So if you cancel on the 15th, you will not be refunded for the 15th-end of the month.
when does the gym open?
We are predicting early to the middle of April for a grand opening to the public. As a founding member, rest assured, you will be the first to know because you are a member of our community!
